Administration and Facilities Manager
Laine Theatre Arts seeks an experienced Administration and Facilities Manager to lead its administration team and manage the facilities of the College.

Educated to Degree level, preferably Arts or Arts Management related, and an ability to work collaboratively with a service oriented approach including a high level of personal effectiveness; The Administration and Facilities Manager will have experience of working in the HE or FE sector, be aware of current developments in vocational education and have the skills to effectively plan, organise and manage teams.
Alongside excellent oral and written communication skills the Administration and Facilities Manager will also have the ability to deal sensitively with staff or students and lead the team in providing effective first line responses to enquiries from the public prospective students, staff and other stakeholders via email, telephone and face to face.
Experience in HR, publicity and PR is desirable.
This is a permanent, full-time post.
Salary negotiable according to skills and experience.
