Part time Office Administrator / Children's Course Coordinator
Laine Theatre Arts is a full time performing arts college for students wishing to enter the entertainment industry. We are based in Epsom, Surrey and are widely respected as one of the most successful Musical Theatre colleges in Europe with our students going on to have long careers in TV, Film and Theatre around the world. We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our team to facilitate our Children's Courses and the day to day office needs.
The purpose of the role is to act as the first point of contact to the student body and answer enquiries from the general public, whilst maintaining office administrative systems and coordinating our short courses for children.
Skills and Qualities required
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. They will also need to be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
The individual should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in database management. They should work well in a busy environment and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. An excellent telephone manner and communication skills are desirable.
Hours of work
28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £16,000.00 /year
